Tower Closet

This Woodbury homeowner wanted to refresh the master bedroom and walk-in closet in their 1926 two-story farmhouse. While the space had been updated 30 years ago, it was time for a modern transformation.

The existing closet featured simple, narrow white shelving with hanging rods, and the brown walls and carpet made it feel dark and outdated. To brighten the space, we painted the walls white and replaced the carpet with a soft cream tone for a fresh, inviting feel.

At 109” x 55”, the walk-in closet wasn’t large, so we carefully designed a layout to maximize space and improve organization. We installed a Cabinet Trax Sauder closet system in Modern Gray, featuring shaker-style doors and black hardware for a timeless, sophisticated look.
To enhance functionality, the custom design includes:

– Full- and half-length hanging areas
– Two banks of drawers for concealed storage
– Shoe racks and ample shelving for easy organization

The result? A beautifully organized, modern space that makes daily routines easier and complements the updated master suite.
