Powder Room

For this powder room update, the homeowner wanted a fresh design with more visual interest. The flooring stayed the same, but we replaced the vessel sink and countertop with a Kohler Caxton rectangular undermount sink and a Cambria quartz countertop in Berkshire Steel. A new Holiday Kitchens vanity, finished in Sherwin Williams Rookwood Shutter Green, pairs with deep blue and green botanical wallpaper for a bold look. Honey Bronze fixtures and lighting complete the design, giving the homeowner the look they were going for.

Hall Bathroom

For this hall bathroom update, the homeowner wanted a complete replacement of all flooring, vanities, fixtures, and especially the original tub surround, which didn’t provide enough storage. The room also needed brightening, as the walls were previously painted dark blue, and the footprint was to stay the same.

We replaced the two light wood vanities with Bertch cabinetry in a Shale finish and added Berwyn Cambria quartz countertops. Faucets and fixtures were finished in Satin Nickel. The tub surround was removed and replaced with a Kohler Underscore Alcove soaking tub and a tiled shower. The shower walls feature large 8×24 rectangular tiles, accented with decorative mosaic tile. A large niche and corner shelves provide ample storage for multiple products.
