This main-level remodel improved both the function and appearance this homeowner was looking for. We raised the sunken living room floor to make it level with the rest of the main floor, then installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. A custom-built stair railing system showcases detailed craftsmanship while complementing the updated design. The existing kitchen cabinets were professionally painted, and a fresh coat of paint throughout the main level completed the transformation with a clean, refreshed look.
