Drumcliffe Basement

This unfinished basement consisted of valuable square footage that was too good to go to waste. With this project, the homeowners were hoping to gain a space that would add to the overall enjoyment of their home. The finished design resulted in what some might call an “ideal basement”, which includes a bedroom with ample closet space, a charming 3/4 bathroom with a tile shower, and an additional room for the home gym. One of the highlights of this project is the dedicated dry bar area, comprised of two beverage fridges and generous island seating, perfect for entertaining! Every inch of space was utilized to achieve maximum satisfaction, down to the custom-built reading nook beneath the stairway. Through this project, we were able to provide the homeowners with a beautiful and unique space that would seamlessly blend into their lifestyle.
