Screen Porch & Grill Deck – Stylish & Functional Outdoor Living
This deck replacement project included a screened porch and grill deck, designed for both comfort and durability. The homeowner chose TimberTech Landmark Castle Gate low-maintenance decking, paired with Westbury aluminum cable railing for a sleek, modern look. To keep the area below the porch dry and usable, we installed a Trex RainEscape under-deck drainage system.
Inside, the porch features prefinished 1×6 pine for the base, casing trim, walls, and ceiling, bringing a warm, natural feel to the space. SunSpace french windows in black add contrast and enhance the outdoor ambiance. A sliding French door connects the porch to the house, while recessed lighting and a ceiling fan provide the perfect finishing touches.
