Deck & 3-Season Screen Porch Transformation

This project included a full deck replacement with a new 3-season screen porch, grill deck, and expanded patio as part of a complete outdoor renovation. We redesigned the stairs to ……… The homeowner wanted a second-floor screen porch with no maintenance decking to replace the weathered cedar deck. We built a new porch that would provide a covered, dry space below while adding a small deck for grilling and stairs to the expanded pool deck.

We installed Trex Select decking on the porch, grill deck, and stairs for a durable, no-maintenance solution. The Westbury black aluminum railing system adds style and safety, while the integrated low-voltage lighting enhances the space. The porch features an EZ Screen system in white with black Super Screen for durability.

For a polished interior, we installed white-painted beadboard on the ceiling, along with a ceiling fan for comfort. A fiberglass full-view door connects the porch to the house, providing a clear view to the new space.
