Russell Room Remodelers has its roots in a small but ambitious beginning. The story starts in 1989 when Bill Brinkman launched a business under the name Bill Brinkman Home Improvements. Just one year later, in 1990, Jeff Russell joined the company as Bill’s very first employee. Over the course of that first year, Jeff and Bill developed a strong working relationship and mutual respect that evolved into a business partnership. This collaboration marked the formation of Brinkman Russell Remodeling.

Over the next sixteen years, Brinkman Russell earned a reputation for integrity, craftsmanship, and thoughtful design. The company steadily built a strong foundation within the local community, gaining the trust of homeowners through consistent quality and personal service. As their work became more recognized, so did their commitment to doing things the right way, one home at a time. In 2006, after nearly two decades of partnership, Jeff and Bill made the decision to amicably part ways, each pursuing his own path. Out of that transition, Russell Room Remodelers was born, marking the start of a new chapter with Jeff and his wife, Sharon, at the helm.

With Jeff focusing on design, sales, and production management, and Sharon taking charge of administrative operations and client communications, the duo brought complementary strengths to their growing company. Together, they steered Russell Room Remodelers with a renewed focus and clear direction. Over the years, they refined their services to concentrate on two key areas of remodeling. Their interior remodeling expertise includes kitchens, bathrooms, and basements—spaces that are often the heart of the home and most central to everyday living. Jeff and Sharon continue to lead their team with the same dedication that launched the business.
